About Dominion International

Our vision is to reach the unreached; and tell the untold the precious and powerful Gospel of Jesus Christ in our communities, inner cities, states, nations and the world. We are a church of love, acceptance and forgiveness for people of all denominations, races and nationalities.

  Our Vision

Thomas Manton IV, along with the partners, members & congregations of Dominion International & our Dominion Revival Centre Churches, has a dream that is born of the Holy Spirit; and a story of obedience to Jesus Christ's command to preach the Gospel and make disciples around the World. Together, they continuously launch bold and innovative programs to meet the needs of God's people and to help win the souls of mankind unto salvation in Jesus Christ.

"Where there is no vision, the people perish" - Proverbs 29:18

  Our Beliefs

It is absolutely essential that every Christian understand the basic doctrines of Christianity. These principles form a foundation for further building of a ‘quality’ life. Only upon this solid foundation can the Lord build a beautiful, strong house that will stand for His glory against the wiles of the enemy.

  • Listed on this page you will find some of our church's foundational beliefs.

Repentance From Dead Works
Based in Hebrews 6:1-2, this is the first step toward a powerful, saving relationship with God. The word "repentance" means a change of mind that "involves both turning from sin and turning to God". It involves not only sorrow for one's sins, but a change in one's behavior. It is one’s turning from a life of sin over which the devil is lord, to a life of righteousness over which Jesus Christ is Lord.

Faith Toward God
This is the second foundational stone listed in Hebrews 6:1-2. Faith that saves is preceded by repentance. This kind requires obedience to the Word of God. Faith is trust and belief; a belief without initial proof. Faith in God is total confidence and trust that God will do all that He promises. It is an attitude of believing and agreeing with God that what He said in His Word is absolute.

Doctrines of Baptism; Into Christ
This occurs when one repents from dead works (sin), reaches toward God in faith, and accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, he/she experiences salvation or the baptism into Christ. We all should answer some simple questions and find out where you stand in eternity.

Doctrines of Baptism; Into the Body of Christ
Upon salvation, the new believer becomes part of the Church - not just a local church or a denomination, but the family of Christians on this earth called the Body of Christ. Each believer must discover and function in his God-ordained capacity in the Body.

Doctrines of Baptism; Water Baptism
Being baptized in water (complete submersion) is an act of obedience every believer is commanded to fulfill after repenting of sin and confessing faith in Christ. It is a separate experience from salvation and is meant to be an outward expression of the believer's public renouncing of sin.

Doctrines of Baptism; Baptism of the Holy Spirit
The apostles taught that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is a separate experience from the other three baptisms mentioned above. It gives the Holy Spirit preeminence in a believer's life so God can accomplish His work. The gifts of tongues (prayer language) and prophecy are outward manifestations of this baptism (Acts 2:4, Acts 10:46, Acts 19:6).

Laying On Of Hands
The purposes of this act include ordination (Deuteronomy 34:9, Numbers 27:18), spiritual impartation (Numbers 27:20, Deuteronomy 34:9), divine appointment to position (Numbers 27:18), and transference of spiritual authority (Numbers 27:23). God has given every believer the authority to minister to those in need by the laying on of hands in the Name of Jesus.

Resurrection of the Dead and Eternal Judgment
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is historically and spiritually important as a basis for our Christian faith. It has opened the way for all who receive Christ as Savior to experience the resurrection life (Colossians 2:13). The Bible speaks of four future judgments; the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15), the Judgment Seat of Christ (I Corinthians 3:8-16), the Judgment of the Living Nations (Matthew 25:31-46), and the Judgment of Fallen Angels (Jude 6:11, II Peter 2-4).

The Authority Of Scripture
The book of the Holy Scriptures (the Bible) is the inerrant, infallible, inspired Word of God (II Timothy 3:16-17). The Bible is God's infallible revelation as recorded by His servants when the divine authority of the Holy Spirit moved upon them. This same anointing came upon approximately 40 writers who wrote 66 books of the Bible in different locations over a period of 1,600 years - all without contradiction. The Bible is truly a miracle book!

The Doctrine Of Prayer
Prayer is the act of entreating earnestly. It is thanks and praise given to God, as well as requests made of Him. It is a means of speaking to God and a time to hear Him speak back (John 15:7-8).
